Hi! My name is Kendra Paulton. 

I am a StoryWay Guide because I have a passion for people, for stories, and for legacy.  I believe that God has put each of us on this earth for a specific purpose, and He works that out in unique ways through our own stories. 

I live in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota on a fourth generation cattle ranch with my handsome husband, four beautiful children and pack of German Shepherd Dogs.  I am a Jesus follower, animal lover, storyteller, professional photographer and wannabe chef.  Coffee is my love language and I have never met a dessert I do not like.  

There is a richness in heritage that comes from raising my children on a family ranch.  Each building, fence, pasture, and two-track trail leads down a path of endless stories.  Even something as simple as the name of a water tank or canyon bottom points to rich relationships built while stewarding this land.

These… these are the stories that point my children to the legacy of their parents, their grandparents, and their great grandparents… all ranchers, all Christ-followers, all remarkable human beings. 

Using the written word to preserve the stories of our life is invaluable to those who will go ahead.
